Think Neil was talking about them just last week, well they are back just hope its a proper single not a album grat or another big returning band will miss the chart. Just confirmed its a proper single not a grat and is out 8th March. The Vaccines - Handsome Zane Lowe's Hottest Record In The World
oh and Cribs are back too with taster track 'An Ivory Hand' its already out. Youtube Audio

yeah we've been searching the vevo releases. So I might have to wait until 8th March for the Vaccines single to appear on spotify?
Cribs isn't a proper video though for me.

Vaccines one did finally appear on Spotify too. It was only released this week I did say at the top it was out 8th March, you have to get used to the fact that a few major bands hold back their singles not all release straight away but as you can see by Vaccines midweeks it hasn't worked out for them as they will be out of the top 40 by sunday anyway. Cribs have another track available now 'Different Angle' but really its just a promo for the album out on Monday.

Bands like the Vaccines don't reach the top 40 anymore. The new single isn't that good anyway. And "No Hope" which was quality didn't reach the top 40 either.
The above two were both added to my playlist this week which is otherwise relatively short.

they were #40 on Tuesday midweeks so that was pretty close and not bad these days.
51 songs on my new release list my chart list is always around 140 including the top 100 but I add daily and start a new list on a sunday.

Really like 'Burning For No One' and surprisingly like the Vaccines' one more than the other Cribs song.

The Vaccines will get in my top 40 but nowhere near as high as some of their others.

Vaccines have Dream Lover out at the moment, and I really like it, heavier than Handsome, a good vibe/sound.

New track 'Minimal Affection' just played on Annie Mac, best track yet of the new album id say, its very Strokes and funky as well.

I don't like bumping old threads but I didn't want to start a new thread just to ask a question.
The Cribs released 'We Share The Same Skies' as a 7" single and download in November 2009. I was listening to it a few minutes ago and went to check out what chart position it reached. The wikipedia page for the band says that the single was chart ineligible as it breached BPI chart regulations. Does anyone know what the reason was? The 7" only has two tracks. I bought* the download back then from Amazon and don't recall any issues at the time (*I'm assuming I bought it but I did used to get a number of free download tracks from amazon at the time so I'm wondering if it was a freebie).
