See since when Mike Posner was in the UK chart and it is now that his song is doing well, maybe that will the same case for "Roses"

Despite floating around in the chart since January, it is in March that Mike Posner gets his number one

Finally in March The Chainsmokers are inside Top 40, Alan Walker inside Top 20 & AlunaGeorge closer than close to the Top 40 and all 3 acts' songs appearance were from January!

yeh seems to be the way things are going, slow but surely wins the race! it does add some element of surprise but in a way does make the chart a little dull with barely many new entries sometimes or a smash taking months to take off
