Only two football songs reached # 1 in my chart.

England song: Three Lions. Obviously. Greatest football song of all time. A shame about the team.
Club song: Simon Crabtree - Spirit Of Bradford City. Reached #4 in my chart in 2013 (perhaps should have been #1?). Subsequently removed from Spotify and youtube (in its full version). But I have it on mp3.

England song: World In Motion
Club song: Anfield Rap (so cheesy it's just brilliant)

From English related football songs I always had a soft spot for Tony Christie.

"Blue Is The Colour" is one of the best club songs
"Spurs Are On Their Way To Wembley", great chorus you could sing at any time Spurs reach a cup-final, although not sure about the obsession with Osvaldo Ardiles in the lyrics, which may have been relevant at the time but doesn't endure as a club anthem.
Manchester United's 1996 hit "Move Move Move (The Red Tribe)" isn't too bad.
As for England songs apart from Three Lions and World In Motion, I had loads of them in my chart in 2006. First Eleven "Don't Mention The World Cup" among others and "Sing It For England" by Young Stanley and "Stand Up 4 England" by Koopa and in 2018 "Charge Of The Light Brigades" by Tallywags reached NM #2 (behind Moment 44's "Movin' Along")
In 2016 there was "C'Mon Wales" by the Manic Street Preachers, and of the Scotland songs, "Ole Ola" by Rod Stewart and "We Have A Dream" by B.A. Robertson, John Gordon Sinclair and the Scottish World Cup Squad..

Addicks To Victory by Sandgaard...
Doesn't have a "proper" video (yet), but it's on Spotify as well as having auto-generated "audios" on youtube.

Last discovery is official theme of Euro 1992, which was recorded by two Swedish singers.
