Okay last night's episode was pretty amazing. Harked back to the better episodes in the first few seasons. That new girl in the city is refreshing. And the Whisperers plotting their revenge is rather exciting too.

The spinoff is a bit spoilerish and really aren’t they just about the only reason to watch Walking Dead anyway although I suspect we will see Rick back soon. I still have about 10 episodes to watch.

Haven't watched the main show in ages, but I might pick it up again now I know it has an ending! Probably not until it's all out though.
I would definitely give that spin-off a go as those might be my two favourite characters!

As far as I can see this is going to merge into the movies, so I'm not sure there will be an "ending" the movies will involve Rick, I'm glad they are tying it up though, as it's needed it for a while now. When all the best characters leave, Rick, Maggie, Michonne, then you dont really care about those that are left, Daryl and Carol cant carry this show.

... Daryl and Carol cant carry this show. They used to be my favourite characters, but they got so boring the last few seasons. I ended up liking the Whisperers more than them lol. I saw a trailer for the spin-off - looks very tweeny.

It all just goes around in circles these days. The spin-offs don't have much to hook me (I lost interest in Fear..., the new YA version seems odd and a future spin-off announced 30 episodes away just means those characters won't die, which is bizarre.) and I'm not sure there's enough to spread around really, with those films which it all went a bit quiet about.

I will watch this until I lose my Virgin box, but assume it's just going to tie up with the movies, so those that they want in the movies will survive, and those they dont, wont Oh it finished with the Stormtroopers didn't it?

Fox channel is to close in the UK after 17 years as Disney continues to withdraw from traditional television and shift its focus to Disney+.
Fox will stop broadcasting on Sky and Virgin Media from June 30, with many of its titles making the jump to Star on Disney+.

sh*t, that's another reason to move to a lower package then when I move. So after all these years of watching Walking Dead, I wont be able to watch the conclusion unless I subscribe to Disney, how sh*t, but unsurprising!
