I'm not 100 sure % but ... Popular Lithuanian hit Gintare - Debeseli, Debeseli is possibly a cover version of Dutch song "Smoesjes Arie" by Tineke Schouten from 1988 year.

Gloria was also covered by Jonathan King. As he independently "translated" the lyrics, his and Laura Branigan's lyrics are different, but they're both called Gloria and both have the same tune.
A bit like the two versions of Ameureuse, Kiki Dee keeping the title and Helen Reddy using the title Emotion but both are different lyrics to what was originally a French song.

Until 2020 year I thought that Sixpence None The Richer version was original.

Not 100 % cover, but "From New York to L.A." is reworked version of 1964 song "Mon Pays".

In the first recorded version of "Summer Wine" female vocals part belongs to Suzi Jane Hokom instead Nancy Sinatra.

I just discovered thanks to the 1985 thread in the chart section that Jingo by Jellybean is a cover of a track by someone called Candido. You learn something new every day.
EDIT - Having read the Wikipedia page it's actually ancient, and there's been loads of versions by all sorts of people. There you go.

When doing some investigation on "Hold Me" due to BA Robertson and Maggie Bell's cover appearing on my 1981 playlist, I discovered the song dates back to about 1933 and thus PJ Proby's 1964 hit version was also a cover...
