For those wondering, Monday is the cut-off for games to count. If a team doesn't play, their last game is used, hence West Ham's 3-1 win. If a team plays on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday then plays again on the Monday, the first game of the two is counted.

Could be a repeat of the Real FA Cup 2006 final...

Semi-final results: 1 | | 1-2 | | 1 |
Bournemouth come from behind to book a place in the final with subs Joshua King and Lys Mousset both scoring in the final 20 minutes. 1 | | 2-1 | | 1 |
Drama in the second semi at the Emirates with Eden Hazard equalising for Chelsea in the 82nd minute after Mo Salah had given Liverpool an early lead. But Salah scored a superb individual goal in stoppage time to seal victory for Liverpool.

Bit of a shame - Liverpool are playing West Ham on Feb 24th! I don't know if we had any match ups like that? Would expect it to happen at some point given the number of ties between teams from the and division.

No, it's something I've been looking out for but we haven't had a single tie replicated in real life on the same day.

Just want to say thank you to everyone who's taken an interest in this thread. I definitely plan on doing it again next year with a few tweaks:
1) A slight change in the handicap system, that won't affect who wins but will result in fewer games where the losing team doesn't score.
2) A set 3-week gap between rounds (or 4 if there's an international break) which will mean the competition finishing closer to the end of the season.
3) The inclusion of teams from Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. The crown dependencies come under the jurisdiction of the FA but their respective leagues aren't part of the English pyramid so weren't included this season. I'm giving them the chance to take part, just as the French Cup features teams from the French territories in the Caribbean.

The Final: 1 | | 2-4 | | 1 |
A rather one-sided final, with Liverpool taking a 4-0 lead in the second half before Bournemouth made things a bit more respectable with two late goals.
