So much brilliant rock music right now, today will feature Of Al;lies who sound like Deftones fronted by Simon from Biffy. Honestly I could list about 5 other really good rock songs out this week.

Well Done, that is the third track out of four were I saw they were about and thought I'll give The Thorne three days to pounce on them before I nab them, as I knew they were well in your indie rock Radio 1 territory rather than the more esoteric Radio 6 Music territory that I frequent.

Even better single from Idlewild, they sound like they have been listening to The Hold Steady and a lot of other US rock. This could be their biggest hit in my chart since 'The Remote Part'

^ Oh come on can't you just make do with Idlewild today (damn it looks like I'm going to have to pick the first Pop Idol winner, turned sometimes Radio 2 DJ).
Radio 6 Music have been playing the new Tame Impala track on every show.
Lauren Laverne: "An Instant Classic"
I wholeheartedly agree.

That's the best Idlewild single I've heard in a while. Going to see them in April - I don't think I have since "Warnings/Promises" was their current album

I’m seeing Idlewild May 4th. Love them! The new single is a cracker too. I’m getting the hints of The Hold Steady but also their early stuff too.
