Yes. I got very drunk on my friends 21st birthday at University, and walked 5 miles home from a club, slipped in the bathroom and fell into the bath and hit my head and split my ear in half. The doctor in casualty was quite unimpressed having been called out at 2:30 in the morning and stitched me up with no anaesthetic. I started a new job on the Monday.
Which band would you resurrect for a private concert in your house - and which 3 songs would you make them play?

I was going to say the Beatles so I could sell tickets but it's private so I can't. I'll go with a band who are all still alive (as far as I know): The Cooper Temple Clause. Had a string of excellent singles then quit while they were still making amazing music.
For the 3 songs, I'd choose Who Needs Enemies, Film-Maker and Head but there are loads I could have chosen.
Yep. Was 10 minutes late for my first uni exam in January 2010. Doors were locked so I went back to my accommodation. Thankfully first year only counted to move to second, apart from being called into the department a few days later not much happened. I said the doors were locked. They said they weren't. I then couldn't get out the department door. They realised I just couldn't work the doors haha.
Have you ever missed a flight due to your own doing?

No panic buying here. For the first lockdown I got caught out and was down to my last roll and couldn't buy any more. My sister sent me an emergency supply (had she been panic buying?). This time I bought a pack about a week before as I only had one left.
If you could learn any language, what would you choose?

Yeah, I've experienced air turbulence. Worst I remember was flying home from Aberdeen, the plane was only a 30 seater or so, most of the flight was fine but as we came into Manchester it was blowing a gale and we were buffeted all over the place. I wasn't worried really, there's not much you can do about it, but the guy next to me was gripping the seat like his life depended on it.

I would say yes, in terms of from one individual to another, during the whole dating thing that I've been in and out of for the last decade. But I appreciate it's nothing compared to what some people have to endure on a regular basis throughout their lives.
Have you ever invented anything? Or come up with an idea that someone else (with no connection to yourself) later coined?
