The bond theme is dropping today at some point, expecting big things from this, it is a tad early but bring it on.

It's alright on first listen. Already miles better than Sam Smith's audio fart. It seems a bit Bond-by-numbers at times. Definitely some influence by past efforts (including Radiohead's original Spectre theme).

Humm yeah, typical Bond, bit dull if I'm honest.

6/10. OK, but not as good as I had hoped.

I like the lyrics and the James Bond flourishes in the song, but otherwise it is a little boring. Sorry billie fans.

Well it is comfortably the best Bond theme of the 21st Century not that that bar is set particularly high.
(But I would not have been saying that had this stunning track been chosen ahead of the dreadful Sam Smith dirge for the film Spectre):
Let's hope the rejected Mark Ronson/Lana Del Rey collab drops at some point in the future whether in its original form or with reworked lyrics.

OK, so I have never heard the Radiohead song before - and that is really very good. Even Ace of Base had a rejected one for Goldeneye that appeared on a soft release UK album in slightly inferior reworded version.
Have we ever done a JB rate, by the way - that would be rather fun?

Better than 'Skyfall' really? but agree Lana Del Rey would have been a better choice yes and love that Radiohaed song!

The Radiohead song is absolutely stunning. I fell in love with it on first listen when they released it at Christmas a few years ago. I believe we have done a James Bond rate before but no harm in having another now we have the new theme. And I agree with TheThorne , I prefer Skyfall to the new one (as someone who's not much of an Adele fan). EDIT: And Chris Cornell.

I was really hoping for a Die Another Day style theme, but I suppose the (unfair) negative response to that one meant it wouldn't happen. This seems like anyone could have sang it though.

I'm sure I like it, but I'm also a bit disappointed that it ended up being another minimalist, surreal ballad from Billie, as opposed to one of her more edgy, punchy, quirky pop songs.

Our Last Night have some amazing covers! Their Skyfall cover is still my favourite version.

The new James Bond movie is pushed back to November because of the Corona virus! Ouch! Will there be a music video at all or promotion for the song is scrapped as well until the movie release?! This is a disaster.
