Yes, fingers crossed a vaccine is available by then but I probably won't risk buying tickets. At least we have the album to look forward to! Radio 1 are doing a live play through of the album from midnight next Thursday with Jack Saunders and Simon Neil. If you can’t catch it live, me neither, grab it on Sounds later on

Space, new single on Clara Amfo tonight at 7pm, snippet on facebook, sounded like typical Biffy ballad, but I do like that alongside the other stuff

I like that too; they can be a bit hit or miss with ballads but that's one of the better ones for me.

Anyone listened to the whole album yet, think it’s their best since ‘Puzzle’ barely a weak track

My preordered copy hasn't arrived yet I was going to wait until it got here but been listening to the playlist on YouTube instead. Not got all the way through yet but I absolutely love it so far. I agree it's definitely one of their best since 'Puzzle'; I loved 'Only Revolutions' too but this one is a bit more their hallmark sound with a bit less of the Foo Fighters/QOTSA sound that OR had. So pleased! And, I admit, a little relieved as I can't say 'Ellipsis' is my most-played album of theirs.

Only their 3rd #1 album, but Puzzle and Only Revolutions which didn't reach the top are their biggest sellers.

Didn't try to get pre-sale tickets in the end - just as well as apparently they sold out almost instantly May try with the general sale when it opens. Bristol gig is mighty tempting as I haven't seen them in over a decade now. It's a risk booking anything live-music-wise for April though.

I would consider that to be a marked improvement on the original
