Personally I think firing someone 8 year after they made comments like this is a joke
"Enjoyed a secret boob viewing at an audition today." (Firstly which red blooded male wouldn't! and how many women wouldn't like to see Jason Momoa topless, and would a woman saying they enjoyed a photoshoot where Jason posed topless was enjoyable, would that be deemed as misandrist? I thought misogyny was a hatred or strong prejudice against women, not appreciating someone's body)
and "The only thing keeping me from doing mildly racist tweets is the knowledge that Al Sharpton would never stop complaining about me." Is dry joke about being un-pc, its not racist! it is the comment of a man who puts his foot in it sure, he wasn't being literal though, that isn't the reason keeping him from being a racist, its a joke at the expense of Al Sharpton
As is "Out at dinner and just exposed myself as a racist, AGAIN", we don't know the context, that sounds like a self deprecating put down aimed at himself like someone who saw their friend who is an ethnic minority and they go over to them only to realise they don't even know them, they just look similar and you say omg I'm such a racist, again I very much doubt he literally did anything to expose himself as a racist
Can you say these things on a public platform in 2020, no obviously not but they are perfectly natural and harmless human things to say and think, he is unlucky, if this George Floyd thing hadn't kicked off he would still have a job, of course I'm not defending racist comments or misogyny but people have to be allowed to have a personality and a dry self deprecating sense of humour isn't a crime, if we are at a point where mentioning the word racist makes you racist then stop the world, I want to get off

Yes he will be a loss to the show especially as he had a potential love interest brewing, who is very cute, she might not return now as well. Oops sorry was that misogynistic. But seriously I liked him but his colleagues have stepped away from him Grant Gustin and Stephen Amell so doubt there will be a backtrack.

I will never understand why when an actor gets a job on a high-profile show like this, or a singer gets famous etc., they don't immediately go through their Twitter and delete any and all tweets that are even remotely controversial. It's not the first time this has happened, it feels like every week there's some new apology made about old tweets. JUST DELETE THEM.
I mean, some of the ones they're including in the bundle are a bit of a stretch to say they're racist/misogynistic etc., but "If I had a wife I would beat the hell out of her tonight lol" ...why would you keep them up for people to see?

Be very wary when someone tells you that they believe in free speech.

Not being on twitter, can someone else keep your tweet though, even if you later delete it? Or maybe they just take a screenshot and file it away for the future?

They could do that, but in most instances (including this one) someone has recently gone back years to find them and then took a screenshot.
