I will be voting today and also entering Predicta. There are about 3 mentors I can probably match up with their song, and I think most people would be able to correctly guess what my entry is this round too.

All votes are in, so the SPECULATION CAN BEGIN.
What a curious round this has been. The general consensus seems to be that it was generally of a high quality.
I had expected a close battle at the top, and a dismal gap at the bottom. It turned out I was half right.
To my surprise, we have a clear winner. Not quite as big a margin as Of Monsters And Men achieved in 2012, but still not threatened by any other entry. Second to eleventh was tightly packed - just 62 points across this range. The song which was second at the half-way point finished ninth. And the song which was nineteenth half-way through, finished tenth.
11 of the entries were given 30 points by someone. But the song which finished second didn't get 30 points from anyone.
None of the songs scored points from everyone. The song which finished third collected points from all but one voter.
Predicta points for everyone for picking out the entry which finished last.
16 out of the 21 entries were someone's Pleasant Surprise, which suggests either there were a lot of high quality, unfamiliar tracks, or everything was well known, and people picked their Pleasant Surprise for a different reason.
So far, the second entry by an act has fared worse than the first. Adele, Brandon Flowers and Carly Rae Jepsen were all appearing for the second time, and Chvrches for the third. Will any/all of these do better than they did first time around ?
The jury is out on whether Bastille vs Bastille and Chvrches vs Chvrches in 2013 helped the acts or did them harm. I guess the debate will continue when the Years & Years vs Years & Years results are shared.
Scandinavians have been doing well so far. Avicii and Bjork are the Scandi contenders this time, so will either of them triumph ?
So far number one hits have finished 1st, 2nd, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 4th, 5th, 5th, 12th, 12th, 14th, 16th, 16th, 20th and 21st. There were three chart-toppers in this round - Adele, David Zowie and Years & Years. Will they bob to the top or bomb to the bottom ?

Henlo frens. I back to do another hecking speculate. I luvs all the songs again just like I luvs u but 2 songs in particlar made my tail do lots of wags, just like when someone is bout to throw my favourite ball.

Another tough one to call, I had 7 songs a clear top 7 but no clear winner amongst them, Walk The Moon, Years and Years, Blossoms yeah I can see all 3 doing well, but i wouldn't rule out Brandon Flowers, Florence or Tame Impala, then there's Adele and Chvrches who had good showings in previous rounds
