Is it only for me or the mainstream female pop scene became really awful in streaming era and the worst in all music history ?
Do you agree with my opinion and also dislike Ariana Grande, Dua Lipa, Billie Ellish, Camilla Cabello, Rita Ora and other modern popular female singers ?

Having never liked the mainstream female pop scene I cant really comment, is there even a pop scene anymore? nobody does outright bubble-gum pop its more rap/r&b or minimalist Art Pop/Ambient Pop if your a female artist and they are an acquired taste, if you like the abstract or either of those genres then you will love the current music scene

All of them have good and bad songs, some of them are amazing vocalists. Cabello does nothing for me, but I would not say I dislike her.

I like them if they do songs i like, hence I have liked Dua Lipa, Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, Billy Eilish over the past year. Nothing they do I think is bad, mostly just background music.
For me the best female singer era was 1985-1990 basically Madonna/Cyndi Lauper/Whitney through to Gloria Estefan/Martika, with so many great singers and pop acts in between Debbie Gibson, Tiffany, Janet Jackson, Taylor Dayne, Neneh Cherry, Kylie etc etc. But If I was a teen today I could well love all those artists just as much.

Having never liked the mainstream female pop scene I cant really comment This for me too. Female pop stars today have songs I like and songs I dislike but that is exactly how I felt about female pop stars 10, 15 or 20 years ago. Though I will say that the excessive use of autotune, chipmunk vocals* and white girls trying to sound like Rihanna that you get in a lot of female-fronted pop songs nowadays can all get in the bin. *I know the chipmunk thing isn't just female singers - in fact it seems to be everywhere Normally with musical styles or genres I don't like I can at least understand why people like them. I have absolutely no idea what the appeal is in this case.

It’s more to do with overproduced formulaic songs than the qualities of the singers themselves though I think. Not mentioned: Ava Max. Of the current mainstream female pop singers I’d say she’s the best, maybe because her songs are more retro

I’m not as interested in the latest crop, but that’s because I’m in my mid thirties and I’m not their (main) target. So I understand that a good chunk of their music will be aimed at making radio one playlists etc.
But I’d say all of them have each put out a solid amount of genuinely great pop songs.

The general production style of the song has gone from rock-chick to a more whiny production sound.
You didn't mention Paloma Faith though, she's a modern female singer who sells well and achieved two #1s in my chart. She was the last solo female singer to top my chart, in 2017 with "Guilty".

I kinda like Becky Hill, Jem Cooke, Lowes... There are so many underrated female singers in dance songs.

Well On the Haven Combi Album Chart I compile female acts have been at #1 for the past 34 consecutive weeks. With this week the top 8 are all female acts.
Going my my Personal Charts which I've compiled since the beginning of 1984.
The number of weeks (different chart toppers) each year by female acts/female lead vocal fronted acts are as follows, as my tastes got progressively less chart based:
1984: 4 (1) 1985: 13 (3) 1986: 12 (5.5) 1987: 7.5 (4) 1988: 14.5 (6) 1989: 24 (7)
1990: 13 (5) 1991: 25.5 (13.5) 1992: 23 (6.5) 1993: 22 (9) 1994: 14.5 (6) 1995: 19 (8) 1996: 26 (11) 1997: 25.5 (10.5) 1998: 30.5 (11.5) 1999: 25.5 (11.5)
2000: 24.5 (9.5) 2001: 30.5 (12.5) 2002: 23 (12) 2003: 32 (13) 2004: 21 (11) 2005: 24 (6) 2006: 28.5 (8.5) 2007: 22 (9) 2008: 34 (12) 2009: 42 (12.5)
2010: 27 (10) 2011: 40 (16) 2012: 29 (11) 2013: 15 (7.5) 2014: 33 (11) 2015: 33 (13) 2016: 29 (14) 2017: 23 (9) 2018: 21.5 (9.5) 2019: 31 (11)
2020: 22.5 (10) out of 47 weeks.
So for me female acts are in the ascendancy, as currently my last 5 Personal Chart toppers (& 7 of the past 8) feature females as lead vocalists.

The keyword is "mainstream".
In my charts all songs have female vocals, but from 2019-2020 entries only Taylor Swift, Katy Perry and maybe Avril Lavigne (because she is very far from her peak of popularity now) are mainstream acts. All three ladies started their music careers in 2000s decade. The rest are "nobodies" from different European countries.
