Yes indeed it was ! She's made a big comeback in Sverige singing in Swedish. Check out the vid on Youtube, it's a really lovely song.
I know, a lot of my stuff is really random but i find most UK chart stuff dull

Brand new number one from Russia's 2006 Eurovision entrant - although the song has been around for a while, I've only just discovered this track which was also in the running for ESC last year. Very poppy!
In at 3 are Big Brovaz. Nothing they've done recently has been much cop but their new single is a return to form. Particularly like the dance mix that sounds like Booty Luv. American Idol's Katharine McPhee enters at 4 with her JoJo rip-off. Jeden at 14 is France's new answer to Usher. Hellogoodbye is a Popjustice fave. Nevio was on Germany's Idol show and is new in the German top 3 this week.

My number one is so much better than anything else on Lucie Silvas' new album which is a shame really, as is her duet with Marco Borsato. Instead the UK gets the tedious "Sinking In". Here's Reamonn and Lucie's performance on The Dome. www.youtube.com/watch?v=-8MgaQ4nubkNever been a massive fan of 14 year old Amy Diamond but her new single is such a sweet little song and she is actually really amazing live - check out this performance on Bingolotto. www.youtube.com/watch?v=83PljzQpDLEMy number three is Star Academy runner-up Dominique. I'm living in France at the moment so I got hooked on this at the end of last year. It's everything a great reality show should be and 10x better than Fame Academy. This girl was actually in Italy's version of Popstars and got in the winning band Lollipop. But she is actually really good. Lovely voice, absolutely stunning girl and she is a really good performer. Watch her doing 4 Non Blondes "What's Up" here. www.youtube.com/watch?v=4mEPgjtWRZIThe Energies at number 5 is a British guy whose last single "Beyond The End" sadly missed the top 200. They sound a bit like Deepest Blue.. because it was produced by the same guy. Here's the vid and the single is out January 29th. www.youtube.com/watch?v=3tfq7zRxfB0At number eight, Dutch duo Dance Nation who finally get round to releasing their Benassi Bros sounding Barthez rip-off "Move Your Love" in the UK next month www.youtube.com/watch?v=hOBAb62_lqkStarting Rock is an amazing David Guetta sounding floorfiller, sounds like a monster to me. www.youtube.com/watch?v=OUtFNujtHF8Michael is another ex-Star Ac contestant who's just come out with this great 80s electro sounding choon "All Alone With Your Gueule" www.youtube.com/watch?v=-9-7-5pvxL0And finally Emilia is back with a beautiful lovely song in Swedish called "Var Minut" www.youtube.com/watch?v=0EE8eQUIvys

But HMV is really cheap these days too... we probably have the cheapest albums in the EU stop complaining! It IS a complete rip-off! Today I went in there and looked at just one chart shelf. Killers, Kaiser Chiefs, Avril Lavigne, Snow Patrol and about 4 others were being sold for £12.95! That is a rip-off, they're cheaper almost anywhere else. Well I saw Avril Lavigne for £8.99 and Snow Patrol for £7.99 in my local HMV. And the problem is people's perception of the value of music has gone down since downloads. You wouldn't have thought anything of buying an album for that price 10 years ago - and I believe 20 or 30 years ago albums were VERY expensive, which is why people bought singles. There may be more albums being sold these days, but the reason music retailers and record companies are going bankrupt is because they are not making much profit because they're having to compete with the evil supermarkets!! And go anywhere in western Europe and you will not find chart albums for under the equivalent of £10.

I can't even understand what the purpose of the exercise is. We're powerless to help so why are we not allowed to forget about this story, when the likelihood of finding the poor girl alive and well (let alone in the UK!!) is slim to none.

www.radiotoday.co.uk/news.php?extend.2003A special version of Simple Minds' "Don't You Forget About Me" is going be played on UK radio on Monday morning. What's the betting it will be released as a download and go straight to #1?

might scrape the top 40. No chance of number 1, so a complete waste of time.

they aren't doing a TV show any more, it's just online. ITV have replaced it with a 2006: Greatest Hits show
