]Be interesting to see what happens to Sarina Weigman, as she's only contracted to 2025 and USA reportedly chasing her signature. Who knows if there are a few defeats in the next upcoming matches. Wiegman seems quite adamant about staying until at least 2025. Next up for England is the Nations League. England are in a group with Netherlands, Belgium and Scotland and will be favourites to progress to the final 4. This, rather than the World Cup, is being used as qualification for the Olympics, with the finalists (or 3rd place team if France reach the final) qualifying. If England do make it, it's almost certain Wiegman will be asked to lead the GB team. It would be good if the FA are able to get her to commit beyond 2025, but having done almost everything there is to do with England, it would be understandable if she looks for new challenges after the next Euros. Slightly off-topic - Anyone got the latest odds for BBC SPOTY?
As usual, some wild variation in prices and even in terms of who you can actually get a price for with certain bookmakers, but these are the best prices available: 13/8 Stuart Broad 9/2 Frankie Dettori 5/1 Katarina Johnson-Thompson 14/1 Ben Stokes 20/1 Mary Earps 25/1 Keely Hodgkinson 33/1 Millie Bright 40/1 Zharnel Hughes 50/1 Lauren Hemp 50/1 Jos Buttler Worth remembering that we have the Cricket World Cup starting soon (which England have a genuine chance of winning again) and a Rugby Union World Cup (which England have absolutely no chance of winning).

Oh yeah, fully aware there's still more World Cups and competitions still to go. Just want an preliminary indication of who could be nominated from the bookies. I should think Man City are still currently odds on to win Team of the Year after the world cup result.
Suppose the only things missing from Sarina Wiegman's personal achievements as manager is winning the World Cup and Olympic success. She's got a youthful England squad that will arguably be at their prime in 4 years time but it's been a hectic 2 years already, with the Euros and WC tournaments done and potentially Olympics and Euros to contend in the next couple of years. Not surprised that she wants to concentrate until 2025 for now and then see what happens after.
Scorer Olga Carmona was told after the match that her father had died on Friday after a long illness. The message on her shirt during her goal celebration was a tribute to her friend, who lost her mother. Talk about a contrast of emotions for her.

This whole kiss-gate saga with the Spanish FA boss - Luis Rubiales - is dragging on a bit now.
I'm not sure what he's trying to prove and gain by staying in the job other than probably his big pay packet and utilising his position as the boss.
Makes you think on what would have happened had England won the World Cup last week...
