The Top 10 Worst and least liked new shows of 2023
10 The Power - Amazon Prime
I will start off by saying that I kind of enjoyed this but it was also super cringe, 'The Message' seeps out of this in every pore but half the time it just comes across as dumb rather than empowering. Honestly watch the trailer, it tells you all you need to know...

9 Citadel - Amazon Prime
At the other end of the scale we have 'Citadel'. the most expensive TV show ever made, 300 million!!! What do you get basically the equivalent of a straight to VHS action thriller from 1992. It is so nothing, so generic, you just don't care. It isn't even that visually impressive apart from a few set pieces. I did watch it all and I may watch the second season but I have already forgot everything about it.

8 Bodies - Netflix
Now I maybe wrong about this but I just didn't get it, it was like 'Dark' meets 'Sherlock' but with none of the original beats that made those shows so incredible. I didn't finish it, it might have got better.

7 Rabbit Hole - Amazon Prime
This one is just a bit frustrating. Always excited when Kiefer has a new show but this was pretty bad. His character was ridiculous, the story was very confused. It really felt like someone was making it up as it went along. Just let him to 24, these dodgy knockoffs are a waste of time, as is this show as it has now been axed.

6 Interview With a Vampire - BBC/AMC
I really think I have this too low. This was horrific but for all the wrong reasons. Just keep a few beats from the book, a couple of references to the movie and then just make the rest of it up with a story that is awful. I never finished it, it was really bad.

5 Fubar - Netflix
Lolz to death, this was so painful. Just watch the trailer, you will be in hysterics. I thought this show might be fun but it is so so bad, I couldn't watch past the pilot. I can only handle so much cringe. Maybe watch while drunk.

Ooh I'd been meaning to watch The Power and Interview With A Vampire. I read the book of The Power a few years ago; liked it rather than loving it.

well it turns out I don't have a 4, was going to push up one of my also-rans but none of them are bad enough for that position so let's do the top 3
3 Our Flag Means Death
Now this one, I maybe wrong about, you should give sitcoms a chance. I tried I really did, hoping it would be a 'Ghosts' like show but with pirates, I just found it painful and unfunny. I have struggled a bit with Antipodean comedy, I couldn't get into 'Colin In Accounts' either

The top 2 are most deserving of the shows I watched for sure
2 Ahsoka
I will start of by saying that I love Ahsoka as a character, i am not totally on board with Rosario Dawson's version of the character she is a bit too stoic but that is the least of my issues with this show. This show should never have been made, not in live action anyway. This series fails in every way but being a fitting conclusion to the 'Star Wars Rebels' and a continuation of the Mandalorian story. Thrawn is a joke, Sabine one of my main characters is destroyed, her 'relationship' with Ezra is watered down and lacked any emotion. Pointless cameos. Lots of people talking and nothing happening. It was terrible, I never finished it but from what I hear I am glad I didn't.

The worst new show and worst show of all in 2023 is
Secret Invasion
I never finished this either but I know what was to come. This whole show needs to be deleted from our timeline. The trailer is actually pretty good, we thought we were going to get a decent 'Winter Soldier' type show, or I did I was so naive. This is possibly the worst Disney + show yet. Worse than 'She Hulk' for the damage it causes. Nick Fury destroyed, Rhodey destroyed. The whole plot is ridiculous, the final battle is MCU breaking and just total nonsense. Honestly I could rant for ages, plenty others on YouTube have done it better. This show did not deserve this name, 'Secret Invasion' was one of the best comic stories ever. This was pure rubbish.
