*signed* Sorry, but this is a load of crap and I for one, just don't get the appeal of it... And it's far too overplayed as well.

It's like a second rate Daft Punk single. It's not absolutely dreadful but certainly not a 5 weeks at #1 track!

It is a 2nd rate Daft Punk track, Thomas Bangalter of the band is involved in this record's creation. I loved it from the first moment I heard it but unfort that moment was 6 months ago at least, I just want it to go away now hehe

It is absolutely dreadful. It's nothing special, it's one line off a classic song repeated to death.
How could it get to #1 while Steve Winwood's original couldn't get higher than #19? (Although Valerie was NM #1 for 4 weeks in 1987).

It's ok,, Uniting Nations is better! Don't know that one. Is 'Call On Me' just a remix of 'Valerie'?

Yes, albeit with 3 words from that song repeated endlessly.

It's one of the most pointless tracks I've ever heard. Why bother putting that voice sample in there?

i suppose it's good for a dance, but yeah, beyond that i just don't understand the appeal of a so-called "song" that consists exclusively of the same pilfered line over a generic dance beat...
