We have now reached the Second Group Stage. This is being done with groups of 4, and some groups of 5 where there were ties in the previous round. 2 will qualify from each group (unless there's a tie for 2nd). So we should lose around half of them this round.

Voting must be done with full 1-2-3-4 (and 5 if appropriate) ranking in each group, where 1 is your first preference.

Note that I am going to be tough this round and only accept voting done in horizontal format. Thus your vote should look something like this:
