'Don't worry baby' by the Beach Boys.
"It's all about you" = "Don't worry baby".
It's probably only cos it's for charity that they haven't been sued!

A lot of their songs sound a bit like the Beach Boys. Obviously their main influence.
I thought it was better when comic relief songs were funny, even if that did include the Stonk.
Previous comic relief songs:
1986: Living Doll - Cliff & The Young Ones. Still the best of all of them. 1989: Help - Bananarama ft Lalanananoonoo or whatever they were called. 1991: The Stonk - Hale & Pace & the Stonkers. One of only 2 totally original songs written for Comic Relief. 1992: Elected - Mr Bean Smear Campaign ft Bruce Dickinson. I think this was done for Comic Relief although most of them have been only in odd-numbered years. 1993: Stick It Out - Right Said Fred. The second original one. 1995: Love Can Build A Bridge - Cher, Chrissie Hynde and Neneh Cherry ft Eric Clapton. The start of comic relief singles not being funny or adapted with funny additions. Since this only one has been given the "funny additions" treatment. 1997: Who Do You Think You Are - Spice Girls. The video had funny additions. Ok this is "original" in that it wasn't a cover but was already on their album so wasn't written specifically for Comic Relief like the Stonk and Right Said Fred ones were. 1999: When The Going Gets Tough - Boyzone. First of 3 consecutive that were covers of former UK #1 singles. 2001: Uptown Girl - Westlife 2003: Spirit In The Sky - Gareth Gates ft The Kumars. Funny bits added in. 2005: All About You - McFly. Again original but not written for Comic Relief and not funny.
