I'm thinking that Crazy Frogs - Axel F has a chance just because its funny n (dull)!!! I'm saying that bcoz i know of the UK No 1 dance singles in the form of Dj Casper, 3 of a kind, Dj Otzi n al...

Yes, Crazy Frog has a good chance to be number one in dance charts but also in official TOP 75 singles charts. This character is very popular for ringtones and there is Bass Bumpers behind it. This german project had real success in UK from 1994 with "The Music's Got Me" (number 25 in singles chart, not so bad).

But does it really deserve to b No 1? U got to think that some grt dance tunes like Bodyrockers, for instance did not end No 1!!!

Of course it doesn't deserve to be #1 and I sincerely hope it doesn't make it...
I think you'll find dance music has a bit of a rough time, chart wise, in the UK this year.

I can't understand y dance singles are having problems when we do know that some dance albums are doing marvellous jobs, for instance, groove armada, chemical brothers, basement jaxx n i'm 100% sure that Forever Faithless - Faithless will end up No 1 too in Album Chart.
Concerning the dance singles, other countries are having dance singles to No 1, for instance:
No 1 Bulgaria: Make me feel - Benassi Bros / Dhany
No 1 France : Call on me - Eric Prydz Un Monde Parfait - Ilona Mitrecey
No 1 Mauritius: Call on me - Eric Prydz Break my stride - Blue Lagoon The weekend - Michael Gray Lift me up - Moby
If i have to list the other countries where dance singles reign supreme this year, it would be too long for me

The UK charts go through phases though - at the moment it's reverting back to rock/indie as being the most popular stuff.
I'm sure dance will come back again but it's definitely having a bit of a rough time of it at the moment over here.
Will be interesting to see where Faithless do chart - I'd be surprised if it does hit #1 but I hope it does do well.
