Perhaps, Ian Dowie, Paul Jewel, Mickey Adams (doubt it!) etc etc

I can't honestly see why ANYONE would want the Leeds job... A lot of people would see it as a challenge and if someone was able to reverse Leeds' decline and get the club back into the premiership they would be a hero for life at Leeds, and also highly rated everywhere else. I think it's a very attractive opportunity.

indeed... that world cup incident... "oh no, someone's kicked the ball into my leg... ow, my FACE!" ;D ;D I'll NEVER forgive him for that! Should have been BANNED for 5 games, overrated as well! Bolton would be wise to steer clear, I like Big Sam, but not if he keeps getting these foreigners!

But it would be a huge coup for Bolton, whether he performed on the pitch or not it would raise the profile of the club, who are already no longer being considered an also ran! With a strong team they could challenge for UEFA cup places next season.

With a strong team they could challenge for UEFA cup places next season. Or it could stretch their wage bill, like happened at Derby when they signed the silver headed Italian chap. It's a gamble. They did well this season, build on it, but not by paying over-inflated wages to past it brazilians.
