I really am disappointed with the matches today. Especially Amelie Mauresmo. Throughout the tournament the women's matches were incredibly poor but this lovely, Amazon, bubbly woman was so close to upsetting sour faced Serena. I was so cheering for her to win in the pub . Granted Sharapova is an exciting new talent, but I'm not that bothered about her winning because I want someone who's tried several times to finally get the crown not some whippersnapper....

She had me transfixed yesterday. That said, who doesn't look good next to Davenport?

She looked edgy in the first set before pulling it all together thereafter. Seems like the same pattern for all her Wimbledon games this year.

ROGER FEDERER.
You have to respect him! This guy plays incredible tennis, and seems capable of turning on the style and skill with ease. Even under pressure he manages to pull off the most incredible winning shots. I watched Wimbledon all thru the 90s and I can't remember anyone being quite this good!
Anyone want to agree or disagree with me? Just interested in what peeps think!

Roger should win. The way he's played is just amazing, really. I'll be gutted once it's over - i'll have nothing to watch!

Hmmm Roddick starts well and breaks Federer's serve early on, and then RAIN!

Erk, Can I change my pick?! Or be like Boris Becker and not pick a winner?

Federer played so well, but I was impressed with Roddick also. He's certainly got more than just a huge serve, but at the end of the day Federer deserved his title. Congrats to him! ;D

Federer deserved the win, but I was wanting Roddick to win because: a) I had 100 on him in the betting game b) He's incredibly hot I hope Federer doesnt become like the Williams'...
