This looks like it could be really good! Here's a link to the official site, which will tell you everything you need to know about what has been dubbed as 'The World Cup of Motorsport'. www.a1gp.com/home.html

It would be better if bigger names were driving. I mean we have Robbie Kerr driving for GB who few have heard of. But, like GP2, I do like the way that all of the cars are standardised so it is all down to teamwork and driving talent. Shame it's only televised on Sky Sports though

Yeah, from what racing backgrounds are the drivers actually coming from? Can't say i've looked at it too closely but there don't appear to be many high-profile names from the world of motorsport there, although if the cars are all standardised it could make for some good races. And its only being shown on skysports? How rubbish.

The question is, will I be home in time?

The question is, will I be home in time? That is a question that you, and you alone, can answer.

Well it wasn't a season preview really. It was just about how the series came to be, so you didn't miss an awful lot. I'm sure they'll recap it all at the weekend.

I watched this today - it was ok but the presentation of the show could be improved. I mean, they didn't even show you timings which was a bit pointless!

Well the commentators did say the timings as they came through though Dandy, but yeah it'd be better if we could see them for ourselves.
Anyway I thought this was very good today, and I'm looking forward to tomorrow, perhaps more than the Formula One!

Anyway I thought this was very good today, and I'm looking forward to tomorrow, perhaps more than the Formula One! I still thought it was amateurish as far as the format of the show but I do like the concept of it. It just seemed really confused to me and watching F1 today really emphasised it as it was far more slick.
