FC United, the breakaway club set up by Man U fans have been admitted to the second division of the North West Counties League.
They will groundshare with Droylsden, subject to council approval.
They will be 5 steps below the Conference on the football pyramid.

The plan to ground-share with Droylsden fell through so they will now be using Bury's Gigg Lane!

They played their first friendly at the weekend, drawing 0-0 with Leigh RMI.
