Darren Bent is listed in the squad. I'd play him for the first game with Owen as Rooney is suspended.
I would play Campbell and Terry as my two centre halves and would leave Ferdinand on the bench. I would also make Terry captain instead of Beckham.
Not sure what I'd do in midfield as Beckham / Gerrard / Lampard do not all play well together. Wright-Phillips I'd prefer on the right side of midfield. I think Joe Cole is left-sided and with Lampard you'd have 3 Chelsea players in midfield which is good because if they play together at club level they'll do well as a team (as well as Terry being in the team). I'd probably play Beckham with them and leave Gerrard on the bench.
Not sure who the fullbacks would be. Not sure who plays in those positions for their clubs.

The team Eriksson should play:
GK: Robinson -------------------------- RB: Mills LB: Cole CH: Campbell CH: Terry -------------------------- RW: Beckham LW: Cole CM: Gerrard CM: Lampard -------------------------- FW: Owen FW: Bent
Simple! Give me the job!

Who is Mills? He isn't in the squad.
Apart from that I'd drop Gerrard to the bench, put Wright-Phillips on the right wing and Beckham in the middle.
There are 4 Tottenham players in the squad but the only one I'd pick to play is the goalkeeper Robinson.

Give me the job! to be honest J.Cole isn't that good on the left.he plays much better as a attacking forward. for me i would pick 3-5-2 Robinson ------------------- ferdinand Terry Campbell ------------------- Shaun wright phillips Beckham Lampard Gerrard Ashley cole ---------------------- Rooney Owen

I'm very glad that most people are dropping Ferdinand... on current form, he's 4th-best centre back (behind King too), and I really hope that Sven doesn't play him.

Where's Wayne Bridge these days, remember when he was left back before cole. Sven saying cole is the best left back in the world, what b*ll*x, roberto carlos for one!
