They won't be - the winners of the two Friday matches will play each other in one semi, while the winners of the two Saturday matches will play each other in the other semi.

senegal v. congo, clearly ;D
pity about only one of nigeria and cameroon being able to make the final; still, i suppose it gives the others a better chance...

First 2 quarter-final results: Egypt 4-1 DR Congo Guinea 2-3 Senegal (DAMN!!!)

Ooh, Ivory Coast won 12-11 on pens Drogba still in Africa then, great Because you're doing SO badly without Dogbreath... Toure staying in Africa too long is more of a worry for us than his absence is for you - you still have Crespo, who is a better striker.

Results from other QFs: Cameroon 1-1 Ivory Coast (Ivory Coast won 12-11 on penalties) Nigeria 1-1 Tunisia (Nigeria won 6-5 on penalties)
So the second semi-final is Ivory Coast vs Nigeria.

That penalty shoot out was epic, whether it was good penalties of bad goal keeping, not sure, but for 22 pens to hit the target is impressive.
