lol - thats exactly what my mates and i have just been saying! Can't see them doing anything! we play them fairly early on too so could be good for us!

Niall Quinn has got the Sunderland post... not too sure if he will do anything there! Weird position to have the chairman as manager... thinking back can only think of two others who have done that - Ron Noades at Brentford and Michael Knighton at Carlisle - neither had great success if my memory serves me right.

Brentford actually won Division 3 with Noades as manager! He stepped aside midway through his 3rd season, having kept them in Division 2. Unfortunately, he went on to leave the club in millions of pounds of debt. Knighton was a complete nutter.

Just Villa now. Every other league club has a manager in place ready for the new season. The championship alone has had 10 new managers this close season. Incredible really!
