i think stokes is finding it hard, only scored 1 in 6 compared to 20 or so in half a season in scottish football, he looks young and hungry with a bit of pace about him from what ive seen. i doubt hupin knows who he is lol

some bad news for Sunderland - Roy Keane has just been named Championship Manager of the Month - and there is a curse on teams when managers get that award! The Derby manager won it last month and things haven't gone as smoothly since...

it's ggod to see that the new guys are getting on the scoresheet and even players like leadbitter scoring after getting a chance to play due to the bus missing incident. wtf was that whole thing about?! i haven't been able to find any details. what happened that would cause three players to turn up late? and daz, i already know what you're going to say. they weren't busy teabagging each other [atleast i hope not!]

Looking forward to seeing the back of this season now. Was so pleased with how the first half of our season went. Then after Jan it all went to sh*t. Least we could still finish higher than last year, which is always a good thing to do

7 points from 13 games since darren bent left, carry on that kinda form into next season that would be 21 points in 38 games. mensah, onuoha, elmo, muntari and wellbeck are only on loan and campbell is out for most of next season. two years in a row that things have fallen apart after xmas now, luckily you had 37 points with 14 games to go, only needing one win to guarentee safety but somehow almost go down, depending on how results go at the weekend sunderland could stay up by 2 points.
take cana (captain), jones (essential to the way sunderland play), bent (best player) out of the team aswel as the 5 loan players, add current form and a mental block every year after xmas. i would be worried unless they buy big in the summer.
