I missed the first show of the new series with Jonathan Ross, was it worth seeing?

Thanks Manic, I'll have to watch the next show, Id heard Jonathan Ross wasnt as good as Mark Lamarr. Im not surprised he's doing the show tho, Lamarr often fills in on Ross' Radio 2 show on a Sat morning.

I thought they were doing guest hosts like Have I got News For You
Isn't is someone else this week?

I've enjoyed the first 2 - both guest presenters so far have done a great job. But with Bill Bailey on the show, how can you go wrong frankly!? Next week it's Ricky Wilson from the Kaiser Chiefs presenting. That should be a good laugh!

Hmmm watched it, but for me the show was all about Mark Lamarr!
Without him it really is lacking something!

Haven't watched it. Have they got it down to just one intro each now in the intros round so they'll be time for even more stupid jokes?

I really hate Mark LaMarr - I don't know why. All his jokes seem really forced and unnecessarily rude. I didn't see the first one but when Simon Astill (sp?) did it tonight, he was suprisingly excellent! I've only ever seen him on T4's Popworld and the like, where he is charming but seemingly inexperienced, so I never expected him to be so on top of the guests with his quick-witted remarks.

I wasn't expecting much from Lauren, but to be fair she was actually pretty good at it. I still think she was rubbish on CD:UK mind! Buzzcocks is more her scene really though. BTW, Jeremy Clarkson's hosting next week. I really hate that pretentious tosser! Bring back Ricky for another go I say.
