with Stephen Fry on BBC2 tonight.
Motivated by his own bipolar diagnosis, Stephen Fry is joined by Robbie Williams and Carrie Fisher to uncover the myths, triggers and stigmas of an oft-misunderstood disorder.
Should be interesting - 2% of the population suffer from bipolar mood disorders, extreme highs and lows. Robbie Williams seems to be an obvious case of it - as well as many comedian types.

Trust the two things that I most want to watch from the whole of this YEAR to be on the same day at the same time! I will certainly be watching, or taping it and watching the corruption in football program. Should be really interesting. I love Stephen Fry too.

Never heard the condition called that before,Biplar Disorder. Used to be called Manic-Depression, a lot of people would still know it as that. I'm really annoyed that I chose the football expose over this, I didn't think the football programme was that good to be honest. Although the guy who presented it, Alex Millar, is the son of some family friends!!

Never heard the condition called that before,Biplar Disorder. yeah Bipolar is what is referred to the most up here, Manic to me sounds like a bit of a degrading word (imo) bipolar is better cos bi means 2 ways, up and down, in this case

Although the guy who presented it, Alex Millar, is the son of some family friends!! I watched the football scandal thing and taped this. It was awful, for the amount of time and money they spent on it they didn't really find much. Infact, all that seems to be happening is lots of people wanting to sue the BBC! This was really good, will certainly watch it next week! Was really moving and interesting.

I'm glad I just noticed Manic's post otherwise I doubt I'd have noticed it was being repeated. Don't often look at the BBC2 late night schedule and missed it last time. Must watch or tape these as I've suffered from varying degrees of depression on and off most of my adult life.
