Finally catching up. No change in the top 3, and it was very close for #4 - it was going to be the Streets but I thought it would be a bit unfair if David Wrench had to spend a 4th consecutive week at #5 so he moves up to #4 this week instead.
Highest new entry goes to Tat - a girl punk group, but it's the Johnny Boy title that grabs the attention. This is not their debut, they had a hit in February 2003 with the Johnny Boy theme, though on the chart I incorrectly credited it to Boobytrap, which was actually the record label. It is, however, this group, who have actually changed labels now and got into the top 75 with this song (possibly helped by James Bradfield of the Manics producing it? Do you remember he also once co-wrote and produced a song for Kylie?).
A number of other debuts lower down, but the Naked Apes had a top 10 hit last year with "Wasted". If you read out the title of their song (the first one listed) you will notice the pun.
