Akira The Don stay at #1 - massive lead at the top for the 2nd week in a row. When I compile the chart of the year though it's done on points based on positions, so these things are not reflected and my real #1 of the year is not always the one that comes out #1 in the chart. (That happened, for example, in 2002 when the Mull Historical Society had the points-based #1 of the year while Reel Big Fish had the real #1 of the year).
I don't know what really is the #1 of the year, by the way. Maybe Belle & Sebastian, Iron Maiden, Bell X1 or one of the Morrissey #1s, or the Streets.. Akira The Don could get in there though and the Wedding Present are the most likely to replace them. Interstate 5 due out this week - buy it!
