Caught the video a couple of times the other day, liking it a lot, think it is really going to grow on me like These words did, very Pink/Nelly Furtado in her vocal range though, but that's not a bad thing, you just wonder why Nelly F flops and Natasha goes to #1...

Yep - like it also. Very catchy; although a little corny, but that's welcome at this time of year. Didn't think much of "Single", but "These Words" is FABULOUS. The album actually harbours some good stuff.

Oh, and of course I naturally agree about the Nelly F scenario. Why, oh why, oh why?

I prefer Nelly Furtado. Not a fan of Natasha at all but I do like big bro.

Also prefers Nelly Furtado... she's far superior and her last album was criminally ignored.

She sounds so much like she's trying to sing like Alanis at the start of this tune. "Single" = Pink "These Words" = Nelly Furtado "Unwritten" = Alanis Morissette But fair play to Natasha for doing better than any of these artists' last albums did! My favourite track on the album is "I Bruise Easily". I wish that were her xmas release, imagine her sitting on a bench in a park as it begins to snow...

I must admit I was biased against Natasha as she was a Bedingfield and thought she was just cashing in on her brother's success but now I agree, I really like Nelly Furtado so why don't I give her a fair chance as I like 'These Words' and the new single but don't chart them outta some predjudice.

This was my favourite song for a while when I heard it on the Euro 2004 playbacks, but I daren't listen to it now because I dun want it to overplay!
I'm not sure on the video... I thought of a million ways it could turn out, and then that happened... it's different, tho, I guess.
I do love the song.

The tune of the chorus is such a rip-off of Where Is The Love.
