No thread was made about this album (although there was one for 'Golden Skans'... bought it (along with about 7 other albums yesterday ) because I just love their singles ('Skans' definitely in my top 5 of the year so far). Will review it in due course, anyone else buy it? ;D

i have it - it's quite good!
it's shame that no one has made a GREAT album in this genre yet... this genre is ready to explode into the mainstream with the right champion...

I have considered picking this up a couple of times, but nothing I've heard has truly convinced me yet.

I wouldn't have thought they'd be great at a festival, their style seems more appropriate to smaller enclosed venues. You can be a lot more effective with lights and sound.

I saw them at the Birmingham Carling Academy in May - perfect venue for them (especially with them being from the area.) Great gig - short, but very frantic. Love the album - I don't know anyone who bought it but ended up disappointed. Still playing it loads six months on.

Got it already, hefty fine. I'm currently addicted to their cover version of Justin Timberlake's 'My Love' (isn't it the b-side of 'It's Not Over Yet'?) played live at some radio show.

I saw them at the Carling Academy in Birmingham the other night, highly entertaining and the crowd were very lively. However, I would say it wasn't the most musically accomplished concert I have attended.
