I only know 'Still Standing - Engine' and 'Up and Down - Scent' and neither of them are trance or techno

I wouldn't describe either of the Nylon Pylon tracks as trance. Foot In Mouth could maybe fall into the techno category. More electronica, though. Damn musical pigeonholes...

House is basically dance music with a steady 4 beats to the bar,usually very bassy.
Perfect examples are from the chart are Eric Prydz & Mouse T from the top 10
I would describe Nylon Pylon as Electronica or Indie-dance don't know the others
