And finally... this week's chart!
Surprise surprise, it's Scissor Sisters again! A 5th week on top for them now, will they get near Gwen Stefani's record of 7 weeks? It's difficult to see where the challenge is going to come from. Notable climb for Erasure this week who suddenly leap up into the top 5 after spending the past 3 weeks at #10.

I didn't chart the scissors from anna and dandy... Dont think a song has been #1 in my chart for longer than 3 weeks, I try to keep it moving... Nearly everybody else has though, that's the key to this. Scissor Sisters were hardly #1 on any of the charts over the three weeks but featured in the top 20 or top 10 of nearly all of them. Interpol, for instance, made #1 in about 4 of them but didn't feature hardly at all in the others.

Plus I don't think the chart should necessarily have to move on. It's supposed to be a reflection of the taste of Haven as a whole and I do think that it does that rather well, people shouldn't really be getting rid of tracks or not charting them just to try and change the multi-chart - it would kind of defeat the whole idea.

I didn't chart it as it wasn't in my fave top 30 at that moment...I do tend to have a chart though where some songs do drop rapidly, while others hang around, it's all about what grabs me...I could have Interpol top 5 for weeks to come yet, but people will get fed up;)

Keep Interpol up there!!! Or at least until the next single! It'll be hanging around my chart for ages too I think.
