From DS -
No tour next year
Sugababes star Amelle Berrabah has confirmed that the group will be too busy to tour next year.
The singer revealed that she and her fellow bandmates have decided to start work on their seventh studio album rather than going on the road with Catfights and Spotlights, their latest offering.
"Even now, we love what we do, and touring is one of our favourite things in the year, and we look forward to it. We're having a couple of months off next year as well, and we're taking a good year to write the next album, as we just want to concentrate on it," Berrabah told Clickmusic.
She added: "It's sad that we're not doing a tour - I even put forward to do a couple of days or something. It might go ahead, but at the minute it's not looking like it's going to happen."

Aw, thats a shame about the tour. I saw them on the Change tour this year and it was one of my highlights of the whole year - an amazingly good live act! But I can see why it might not be happening. As for the album - I actually love it, the singles are nowhere near as good as some of the other tracks. 'Every Heart Broken' is BRILL!

With the flop album, even a club tour would have been a flop. They can't sell arenas (Overloaded Tour, anyone?)

As for the album - I actually love it, the singles are nowhere near as good as some of the other tracks. 'Every Heart Broken' is BRILL! *Concurs* Every Heart Broken and Sunday Rain are amazing. I will stick by the opinion it's their best album to date. As much as I love the Sugababes, however, the times I have seen them live they were not actually that great. "Too busy" does seem like a bit of a rubbish excuse though - more like "Too worried no one would turn up".
