I doubt it too - but how hilarious would it be if this was the Christmas #1 and beat the X Factor winner? If that happened, he should be knighted!!!

Oh my goodness that's disturbing. A nation of children will be able to rave! Should I be worried that I can't do that stupid dance in the video?? (I lack co-ordination....there I said it) Huggles Vhari x

I wondered about that as well, but Westlife were despised more than Take That, so the joy was bigger

Nah, the novelty has worn off by now I think I don't think this such be completely written off, whilst I can't comment in the download era for their target market, a physical single release always makes a good stocking filler for children. But then, I have no kids, so could be completely wrong that their target audience prefer downloads nowadays! *Amendment* - I still doubt it'll sell better than the X-Factor Christmas release, but it will still do very well if the timing is right.

Agreed with Smurfie, though it does depend how widely it is stocked - for example will Tesco, Woolworths etc. be stocking it in their stores? I can't see it selling too many downloads - novelty songs (see: Geraldine McQueen) don't tend to do *that* well on downloads or lose momentum very quickly.
Didn't Bob the Builder sell a million in total? I know sales were MUCH bigger back in 2000 and it had a lot of media coverage, but you couldn't rule him out!

Oh it will....All the wee kiddies will be wanting it (either that or the parents will buy it as a stocking filler for the little ones!)
