I know it's still month's away yet.... but to whet the BB fan's appetites I thought I'd start a thread for us all to dump any rumours we hear in.
Of course, most of the rumours never come to anything....
- Twins - A pair of identical twins are rumoured to be going into the house this year, copying stunts done in the Australian, Brazilian and US BBs. One twin enters the house initially, and is swopped with their twin a few days later - this continues until the other HMs rumble what's going on.
- Contestants with Tourette's Syndrome and a wheelchair user have been shortlisted for this series.
- The new house is much bigger (there are rumoured to be more contestants this year, and a longer run) and contains a 'secret garden'

The twin thing sounds a bit stupid to me. I've heard they might put one celebrity in the house, to counter what they did in Celeb BB.

I doubt that the celeb thing will happen, it will sound too obvious and well it wouldn't really work.
I like the idea of the twins entering, should be a good piece of entertainment there

Can't see them doing that again I think it is rumoured that there will be a large secret outdoor garden, as opposed to the secret garden room last year

Look forward to reading all the rumours, nice idea! The twins one would be a good laugh for us, I guess. As for the tourette's syndrome, would we notice anything different, I mean they eff and jeff all the time anyway

#scratchchin# Did Simon Hemmings go to the BB auditions? He said that he would. Now that would be worth watching.

As a big BB fan, i hope that it does well this year, but it appears ITV have a strong line up of competitors against it

I know I'll get sucked into watching this again - but hope they don't make it longer. I managed to resist the temptation of the latest 24 because the last series irritated me - if I know from the start that BB will last *forever* it may be my incentive to get some life away from TV instead I think all the twists and gimmicks are starting to get too much. A simple format without constant messing with the nominations would appeal more.

People continue to follow it because of the twists though. If this series was straight-forward I wouldn't be nearly as interested.
I agree about bringing back the Saturday night tasks, they were fun.
I think they should cut back the highlights shows to half an hour or 45 mins, but there's next to no chance of that happening

They need to reverse the nominations for the first couple of weeks, so that those with the LEAST nominations (ie: the boring, slip under the radar one) can be gotten rid of, and the most annoying/interesting stay a bit longer to stir things up.

New logo (apparantly): Also, there'll be NO red button for live coverage. So if you're one of those freaks who sits for 4 hours on a Sunday morning watching them sleep, like me, then you have to cough up.
