I went off Pete due to his sulking about the letters - Mikey, Suzie, jennie and Michael didn't get one but did they have to let the whole world know - NO!!

To be fair, it was them who kept pressing Pete to tell them if he was supposed to be getting one - he hadn't said a word before that

Dickie`s sister Clare has posted on another BB forum explaining that when she wrote that letter it was intended for him to read in private and not be read out to the entire house and nation. She said his mum is now in recovery and the family agreed that it would be a distraction for Dickie to go into the BB house. She also said they wanted to keep it a secret from the press but it was leaked. She also thanks everyone for their understanding and support of her brother. www.thisisbigbrother.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=47054

thats so unfair about pete, he spent his time in the prison and never told anyone about the secret room, he earned the letter just as much as everyone else in the prison did, i think that was so unfair of them to do that to him poor petie!! it was a shame that the whole nation had to find out about his mum, he never mentioned it to his housemates either and he obv never for a reason. so thats a shame that the whole country now knows.

I do agree there julzy, pete was parolled but kept quiet and therefore passed the task, in fact as he went over to the other side, it was surely hardly to keep it quiet, which he did, so does seem unfair on him.

I'm not a Richard fan - but I did feel for him when his letter was read out. I'm very glad he got to hear how his mum was doing. Pete can at least feel that some good came out of his not getting his letter in that Richard then got his. Love Melody xx
