Oh and interestingly when I watched Dermot O Leary on BBBB last night, he seemed really embarrased about the twist saying that loads of people didn't like it. Does that mean that a reconsider is on the horizon?

And it's chav rag The Daily Star that seems to be campaigning the most for this. Of course they have to have nearly naked pics of Suzie and Nikki to illustrate it! But still it's big news that's the main thing.

Note how only "profits" are going to charity. Seeing as this is a last minute twist it won't have been budgeted for so there will be many "costs" to cover before any "profits" are made. Token gesture.

About 40% of the cost of the call will be going to charity.

lighten up people, its not the end of the world No-one said it was but as fans who have supported this series we have the right to complain when we feel that we have been misleaded and ripped off.

Steph, do you think the person returning should be able to win the 100k when they have already been evicted?
And regards the charity money, 28p of each call received was going to charity I read, so what about the money spent on evicting Nikki?

Or complain just for the sake of moaning *rolls eyes* So, let me get this straight. You say that we shouldn't complain because there's no point, or because we're moaning for the sake of moaning. Yet it's perfectly alright for YOU to moan about the fact that we're moaning? Talk about double standards. Now bugger off and go play dollies with all your other 6 year old friends. Bye bye!

Yeah I do think they should be able to win the 100k, otherwise whats the point in going back in? So you dont think it is morally and ethically wrong that people paid MONEY thru texts and phone calls to evict those housemates, and yet they can still win the prize money? Plus the fact they have been in the outside world and know who is fave etc, etc. I have no problem with it, IF the person returning cant win the money, they can return and spice it up a bit or generally just get along with who is left, that is the interesting part, not the winning the money.

Just cause someone doesnt have the same opinion as YOU! Actually, I think you are quite entitled to your opinion. However, what I don't beleive you are entitled to do, is to tell someone else they shouldn't do something, yet at the same time, doing the exact same thing yourself. If you would like to put together a comprehensive arguement as to why this latest Big Brother twist and allowing already evicted housemates to win the prize is a good thing, I will quite happily listen to you. However "Why bother watching it cos all you ever do is moan" is not actually a valid point. If all we ever do is moan, causing you to moan about are moaning, then why do you bother even reading the forums, becauses all it'll do is make you moan about it.

On a related note: On other forums, it seems that the standard lines coming from Thikki's deluded fans are: "Its only a game show" "Grow up" "Get a life" "Stop moaning" and "omG bEsteSt bIgbRuvvA fiNg eVvah!" "Its been so boring since Nikki left. If she goes back in I can start watching again" Yet when their darling Thikki was evicted it was: "omG itz sOoOoooS unFaIr1111!!!eLevEn111 dHey haZ fixXed it11111 i iz coMplaYniN yaLLz1111" and pages of whinging, moaning and general nappy soiling...

Programmes on TV or radio - Big Brother, Channel 4 and E4Concerns about voting for previously evicted housemates – August 2006
In Ofcom’s view, as this matter involves the promotion of premium rate telephone and SMS services, it should be considered by icstis (the Independent Committee for the Supervision of Standards of Telephone Information Services). icstis is the regulatory body for all premium-rate charged telecommunications services.
If you wish to complain to icstis, please click here.
Ofcom nicely passing the back. I did complain to icstis as well - here's their site:http://www.icstis.org.uk

In all previous series of Big Brother, housemates once evicted are not allowed to return. Not quite true as John Tickle went back in after he was evicted (Although he wasn't eligible to win the money) Gotta sayI agree with what the majority here have said - it's an outrage that people have been spending their pennies on texting to vote these people out, only for them to return and possibly walk off with the prize money. The whole point of the original vote to get them out was to say "we don't want that person to win the money" But there again .... I bet it's some of the same people that have been voting to get the ex housemates back in again as were voting to get people out in the first place. And why the hell did people vote Grace back in when it was the biggest hate campaign in BB history to get someone out?
