The video has just been released; perezhilton.com/2009-01-23-exclusive-world-premiere-3#respondI've not watched it yet. thoughts? Now that I've watches it; -I don't think much of Leona's acting skills at the start tbh and she can't run (and why would you go into the flashing lights and police when she opened the door instead of back in the building and out another way... gawdddddd) -Chace is kinda pointless in it but the song's nice

Does this get a UK release? One of my favourites from the album but the start of this vid makes me LOL.

The start is awful!
I do like the song, but Avril Lavigne's original version is 100 times better... this kinda song suited Avril's rougher vocal style better than Leona's processed vocals...

I thought Leona's acting was terribly unconvincing - looks like she won't be making a Whitney Houston or Beyoncé style music to movies crossover anytime soon. It's a shame as the video's storyline is quite interesting.
I like the song and both Leona and Chace look great in the video. With a bit more thought, it could've been a great video rather than just a good one. I wonder why they chose to release this BEFORE Forgive Me in America.

I wonder why they chose to release this BEFORE Forgive Me in America. Probably because then Forgive Me failed to do well in the UK (where Leona is possibly the biggest pop star at the moment), so I guess they feared Forgive Me would kinda flop in the US too.... Plus it's not very good... I'm just surprised that they havent released the one good song she does have, Take A Bow...

An upbeat song such as Forgive Me and Misses Glass would do well in the US tbh.

Run has already charted in the US thanks to downloads.

I agree, very poor acting - she looks like she's eaten something that doesn't agree with her. Why is she doing so many covers??

Well in fairness, this is a pretty obscure song that was only released on a reissue version of Avril's last album. It's not as though 99% of people will think of this as a cover.

Still a cover though as opposed to an original release. And it's already after Run and isn't she also doing Whitney Houston's I Will Always Love You with Justin Timberlake next or is that hype??

I hope that Whitney cover doesn't happen. Even I think that's a cover too far...

Although I think the rumours aren't true, if she does actually cover I Will Always Love You, I think it will be terrible. No one can beat Whitney's version. No one.
And considering she's spent an entire year proving not be a Whitney/Mariah clone, that would be a terrible undoing of all her work.
