After discovering her two albums i've found she has some fantastic material and i'm really shocked they haven't launched her here. Here's a track off her new album that i'm liking at the moment www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ovh-LW0YBQU

I agree with you James. The same also applies to Sugarland - I'm sure they'd do well if promoted in the UK - much like the Dixie Chicks.

I absolutely love Carrie. She's got a phenomenal voice and both her albums are great listens from start to finish. My absolute favourite tracks are: Wasted, Jesus Take the Wheel, So Small and Just a Dream.
I know that record labels are dubious about launching country artists in the UK, but just look at Taylor Swift - she's done very well indeed.

I wouldn't be surprised if Carrie finally gets a push following Taylor. "Before He Cheats" would have been a UK hit anyway, I think.

I love carrie, ever since she won American Idol. I do think if she was promoted over here she would be a success. At least her albums are available to buy via import (i own both) but she needs the promo to be big.
