I'm curious to know if they've ever spoken about her music, especially Janet or Michael? I read in Toy's autobiography that after she did the Playboy shots, Jermaine went on TV saying she only did the pictures because she can't get a hit record and can't sing! Shame on him for speaking that way about her vocal majesty!

The whole family was very angry about that...especially Katherine, she was very upset.
As for them talking about her music....as far as I know, no they havn't. Well not publicly, but Michael helped her on some songs, he just hasnt said anything publicly.

Well not publicly, but Michael helped her on some songs, he just hasnt said anything publicly. Janet helped her too, they wrote "Lovely Is She" and "Camp Kuchi Kaiai" together. It would be cool to learn about what do they really think about Toy's music, but I don't think any of them said anything about it publicly, except for Jermaine. But it's cool that when he accused Toy of degrading the family, she said the criticism is interesting, coming from the father of two out-of-wedlock children. And it was very nice of Tito that when Jermaine said bad things about LaToya on TV, he simply said "we love you, LaToya". Katherine mentioned Toy's first album briefly in her book, but she didn't say anything about it except that it didn't do well on the charts. She writes whole chapters about MJ and Janet. When I read her book, I always have a feeling that she doesn't treat her children equally.

Really? I didnt get that feeling at all from Katherine...she's a great women who loves her children very much.
That book was written after Toya left the family, so its not suprising that Katherin at that time felt upset at LaToya. But you could tell in "Our son - Michael Jackson" the documentry with Katherin and Joe that she loves Toya, all her children.
Michael did too in his live Oprah interveiw
"I havnt read the book, all I know is I love my sister very much, and see her as the happy girl we grew up with" - MJ
That wasnt the exact quote but very close to it.
I understand Jermaines anger at that time though...but judging from recent court appearances what went on between is way in the past now.

I think Michael and La Toya were close. She said in her book, that he was the only one who supported her Playboy pictures. Apparently he said he understood why she did it - to rebel against the family and show she's independant now. He said that's why he grabbed his crotch and things during his stage performances.

Michael and LaToya seemed very close, she was even in 2 of his short films but Janet and Michael have always been closer I think. But he DID NOT support her being in play boy. He didnt support it at all, he was very angry he even changed his phone number so she couldnt contact him (source: Magic and the madness).. Jack Gordan made her say alot of sh*t about Michael (ie: saying he was a pedophile) Gordan has never even met Michael! honestly I hope Gordan rots in hell. But as I said in my last post, all of that is in the past...they've forgiven and moved on. They are a very strong family. As you can see in this beautiful photo

Everything in that book is bullshit. Have u read any of the others things hes written about celebrities? To know the sorta things he claims to know he must have been with all these celebs throughout their life or maybe the celebrities constanly ring him up to tell him details about their personal life.

Michael DID support the pictures. Magic and Madness isn't as reliable as the book La Toya herself wrote. Here's what it says:
Sounds perfectly believable to me (unlike some of the later chapters)

I know "Magic and the madness" isnt very reliable. And I know that LaToya said he supported her pictures...but I really dont think he did. Jack Gordon made LaToya write most of what was in her book, so I'm sure she'd be the first to say Michael didnt really support it. I dont think any of them family did, it was a bad image for them.
And please no one take this the wrong way, I'm not saying LaToyas a lier...I'm sayin Jak Gordan is a liar.
I know the LaToya and Michael didnt speak for years because what happened, playboy/and her press confrence about Michael. But as I have said the past is the past,

I've found out Michael mentions her music briefly in his book:
