I have all the previous issue CD's already but may buy Sgt. Pepper first and see if there's a difference. If there is and I'm impressed I'll probably get Revolver too later but I'm not buying them all.
Someone on UK Mix has heard them and says if you're buying separately then there's not a lot of sound difference in the first 4 albums. There is from Rubber Soul onwards though.
Could we see Sgt. Pepper back in the top 10 albums then? How many, if indeed any, will be Top 20 or 30?

No, I won't be buying them. I've got all of their albums from the first time they were released on CD, and they sound fine, and authentically 60's to me.
Remastering = marketing hogwash, as far as I'm concerned. I listen to CDs in the car much of the time, and noise from the engine and tyres easily outweighs any supposed purity achieved by digital remastering. When I'm listening at home, I'm always doing other things at the same time, so, again, there is other noise in the background.
If you can only tell the difference by going into a sound-proofed room, then you only need the remastered discs if you listen to music in a sound-proofed room normally.

Who said you can only tell the difference in a sound-proofed room? I've never seen that said anywhere. Some tracks are on Youtube and I can even tell the difference on there! Stereo separation is better, even when the original was stereo like Sgt. Pepper and the sound's crisper and cleaner.

Here is what the 'Chart Expert' at HMV is predicting for The Beatles Albums, (in the UK), for the Chart of Sunday 13th September - W/E 19th September:,
The Beatles 'could dominate the top 20'
Friday, September 4 2009, 10:34 BST
By Mayer Nissim, Entertainment Reporter
The upcoming Beatles remasters could dominate next week's top 20 album chart, it has been claimed.
The studio back catalogue of the Liverpool four-piece is being reissued in full on September 9, with the albums available individually and in stereo and mono box sets.
Gennaro Castaldo at HMV told the Evening Standard: "We feel there's every chance that The Beatles will dominate the top 20 next week, even with only four days sales compared with other artists.
"Chances are Sgt Pepper and Abbey Road will battle it out for the No.1 spot against the current incumbents - the Arctic Monkeys."
He added: "All the albums being reissued next week will comfortably make the top 40, which will create a new record for the official charts."
The BBC will air number of programmes dedicated to The Beatles on BBC Two and BBC Four next week.

Gennaro Castaldo's predictions are never particularly accurate

I've not been keeping up with this story at all. Are they available digitally as well, or just physical?

I might buy one or two of them. I only have Revolver (ripped from my parents' copy), but I've been meaning to listen to the Beatles more for a long time.
