I think some of the biggest oasis fans will say its great when really they think differently Nah, I really do think it sounds pretty promising, For Anyone,Wigwam, Four letter word, The roller all sound to have great potential, I mean I dunno what people are expecting anyway, everyone knows Noel Is the best Song writer, But Liam,Gem, Andy seem to have got a good thing going hear.

Beady Eye are set to release their first official single, 'The Roller', on February 21. The song will be the first taken from Liam Gallagher's post-Oasis band's debut album, 'Different Gear, Still Speeding', out on February 28. The band has already released album tracks 'Bring The Light' and 'Four Letter Word' as limited-editions and online (the latter premiered on NME.COM), but 'The Roller' will be their first commercially available single. It will be available on seven-inch vinyl, featuring new B-side 'Two Of A Kind', then as a download on February 24. The artwork is pictured. 'Different Gear, Still Speeding' features 13 songs and was produced by Steve Lillywhite. www.nme.com/news/beady-eye/54463 The link also has the single artwork

B-Side to Four Letter Word 'World Outside My Room': www.youtube.com/watch?v=kf3_Z2JDAF0brand new song.its a b side to "Four Letter Word" . A b side to a non single track!can you believe it?and you know what? It's so good that it could even be a single!!!It reminds me of the quality of Noel Gallagher tracks era 1994-1995 when oasis used to release b sides as good as their singles! it sounds like La's/Kinks/small faces/noel's classic acoustic moments.top quality.

Not sure how "The Roller" was a "proper" single and "Bring The Light" wasn't, maybe no physical release for that one but it was the first one I have of them on my playlist.
I did like "The Roller" albeit the obvious soundalike of John Lennon, in particular "Instant Karma". But then I also liked "Happy Birthday Revolution" by the Levellers. Not sure why I didn't actually chart "Bring The Light" which was on my playlist of 15 November 2010. That was the week OMD had my single of the week with "Sister Marie Says".

I couldn't resist it and got the album better than i thought and a grower not much of a fan of Beatles and stones though hope it has strong sales but without a shadow of doubt will be beaten by the manufactured crap.
