Vote now before Christmas arrives! If your choice isn't listed post it as a reply.

What is ther criteria for this list.
Surely as one of the the biggest Christmas AND all time selling singles in the UK Boney M's Mary's Boy Child should be on the list.

River by Joni Mitchell should count as a christmas song imo.
But it would still be Fairytale of New York. And Stop the Cavalry

After much consideration of the songs available voted for Wizzard but most surprisingly only just ahead of Shakin Stevens.

Why aren't Showaddywaddy on the list ? Never heard of the Florin Street Band. Someone enlightened me please. For the last couple of years there has been a campaign to get this "new classic" to chart and it has failed miserably every time, I suspect they will push it again this year

I kept telling them that if they released this it would be their pension...but it was a Julia song, so there were, well, issues...

I hope the proper version is more tuneful that live version. The vocals are way off.

They never recorded it. The live vocals were not way off - that's a symptom of it being recorded on a camera rather than a proper audio-video device and therefore being picked up on a negligible mike, my copy is way worse.
