done a bit of youtube digging...
'my number' is a great little tune; i'm not as keen on 'inhaler' but i think it'll grow on me.

'my number' has a lot more instant appeal - i bought 'antidotes' back in the day and so that's the kind of sound i always associate with them; 'my number' sounds like 'balloons'/'cassius' but more sophisticated, which i really like. 'inhaler' sounds like bloc party and audioslave collaborating to me, though that's not necessarily a bad thing!
i think on balance i probably will buy 'holy fire', so watch this space...

Well worth buying it although after another listen I will say falls away towards the end a bit but still a enjoyable album

bought it yesterday, just finished listening through it for the first time.
it really does tail off towards the end, doesn't it - the last 3 tracks are a bit weak, especially 'stepson' which is very dull.
i did enjoy pretty much every other track apart from the last three, though, and the album does have a nice flow, especially in the middle (still not convinced by 'inhaler'; it's a good track but doesn't really fit with the others). i think the standouts for me (apart from the two singles) were 'bad habit', 'late night' and 'milk & black spiders'
can't stop listening to 'my number' either; sounds even better on record!

Inhaler is just so different to My Number, which is one of my fave songs of the year. Bad habit is also a real grower as well!

One of the best albums of 2013.
I hope it gets a Mercury Nomination.

crikey, i wouldn't go that far. the singles are all great, though, including 'my number' and the much-underrated 'late night' which are both among my very favourite songs of the year so far. and yes, 'bad habit' is a grower.
to be honest, whenever i listen to the album i switch it off after 'milk and black spiders'. never got into the ending.
