Eggcellent final! Attraction were nailed on winners as far as I'm concerned. Slightly surprised Luminites didn't make the top 3 but I'm glad the rest of the country has realised Francine Lewis simply isn't funny. Yet they thought Jack Carroll was funny. Strange. I really thought the OTT British performance from Attraction would backfire. It only highlighted that they weren't British and were trying too hard, and let's face it, the Scots and half of Northern Ireland would absolutely not vote for a performance like that. Steve was the highlight of the night for me. Shame he just missed out on top 3

I'm glad Attraction won.
Yes their performance was a bit too try hard, but considering they put it together in the last few days after being attacked by Nigel Farage and significant factions of the right-wing xenophobic media I thought it was the ultimate two fingered gesture. Hence for the second time ever (the first was voting for Diversity in Series 3 Final, as I thought they deserved to win rather than the overhyped to Alice Fredenham levels SuBo) I voted on BGT.
A pity Steve the ventriloquist failed to make the top three, but I'd be amazed if he fails to have a significant career in the future as his material was very funny.
I see regarding the Semi Finals the judges put through the second placed act from the public vote with the one exception of Semi Final 4 when Alex Keirl finished just 1.8% behind the unfunny Francine Lewis, but lost out to Asanda.

Judging on the final performances, as I haven't seen the series at all.
I think the British public got it right regarding Francine Lewis I didn't find her funny one bit, she did have her 15 minutes of fame in the past, let's hope it stays that way.
The ventriloquist really did well coming 4th, he was my favourite act, I don't know who beat him in the semis, but he should went through to the final. I agree with the Luminites they were on the wrong show should have auditioned for the X Factor. I wasn't really taken by Attraction, but on that performance last night, the right act won in the end. I don't know how the opera duets got third though, maybe the egg pelting helped, as people thought it was part of the act.

From what I have seen on youtube, I wasnt impressed by the majority of the acts. No one really stood out and thought Attractions performance wasnt as good as previous ones.
Francine was shockingly poor and continues to repeat her act in the shape of Katie Price and Stacey Solomon.
Jack was my favourite throughout the series.

Don't watch it but of this is Britain's Got Talent why was a foreign act allowed to compete?

The same way I assume an act from this country could go and compete elsewhere, if there is nothing in the rules barring you from entering unless you are resident in the country, then what is the problem? My son said the same because he wanted the comedian to win, very xenophobic imo.

His routine is a bit hit and miss at times and he wasn't as good last night as he was earlier in the competition but he does have his genuinely funny moments and comes across as a naturally funny guy. He's only going to improve with age.

I wouldn't call it xenophobic. The point of the show is to showcase British talent isn't it? Cowell is always banging on about the show making him feel proud to be British. It does rather undermine the whole concept to have a Hungarian act come here purely to enter the show. I wouldn't be bothered at all if they were actually living here.

Well if it's not in the rules that you have to live here, then it's their own fault isn't it? Personally what nationality they are doesn't bother me, what they do interests me, and it was very clever and original, and maybe that is why they won. The comedian guy was good, but the rest was drivel really, sums up our own "talent" really.

I think the ventriloquist probably deserved to win.

Attraction's chances of Europe-wide success (and, possibly, beyond) would have been severely restricted if they could only enter Hungary's Got Talent (assuming such a show exists). That would have been a loss not just for them but for all of us.

Worst series of all.
Hungarian act win. Britains Got Talent. Since when was Hungary part of the UK. Time to change the rules

i might enter miss world and if they dont let me scream sexism
britains got talent should be for home grown and foreign acts who live in britain. or else change the name of the show. obviously no rules were broken but are we surprised simon cowell casts his net far and wide to make as much money as possible.
not that i care. well done to them.
