one from the old days, Madonna´s Til Death Do Us Apart (from Like a Prayer) also Nightblindness from David Gray´s White Ladder. He released 5 singles but not this one which is by far the best song. other ones: Ocean Colour Scene (Get Blown Away from Marchin'already) Oasis (Don't go away from Be Here Now) Blur (This is a Low from Parklife) Tori Amos (Precious Things from Little Earthquakes)

this is harder than i thought: most of my favourite albums of recent years have produced at least five singles. often my favourite isn't the lead single but the one they get to towards the end of the album's promotional period. these are a few off the top of my head:
haim - days are gone (go slow) radiohead - the bends (black star) idlewild - 100 broken windows (quiet crown) idlewild - the remote part (in remote part/scottish fiction) the smiths - meat is murder (well i wonder) - actually my least favourite songs on that album are the title track and the single... travis - the invisible band (the humpty dumpty love song) oasis - what's the story morning glory (morning glory) - not released in the UK afaik and hands down my favourite oasis track

Good call on the humpty dumpty love song, it's a hidden track, does it count? I love that! ID on Kasabian - Kasabian. The Doberman on Empire - Kasabian.

Ignore the above, I'm mixing Humpty dumpty love song up with Blue Flashing Lights, which is a hidden track after Slide show on The Man who.

I reckon the best tracks on all three Altered Images albums were album tracks alone - in chronological order, "Midnight" (which could never really be released, given that it was about rape), "Goodnight And I Wish" and "Now That You're Here".
